FAQ and Terms
Butterdream Baking is a council registered home kitchen, based in Carramar, WA. We are not a shop front so can not accommodate on the spot orders, but our online store offers cakes and cookies that do not require a lengthy order process!
Do you cater to allergies?
Unfortunately, Butterdream does not provide allergy friendly products . All baked products contain dairy, nuts, soy and gluten & we cannot guarantee of any cross contamination.
How much notice do you need?
2 days notice is needed for online orders. For custom enquiries we need at least a week, contact butterdreambaking@outlook.com for custom orders.
Do you deliver?
We sure do! Our website range is for delivery in a 25km radius of Carramar with a flat fee of $20, or pick up is also available!
Terms:
Please note that we do our best to ensure your cakes are delivered safely and in the condition they leave our kitchen. Once we have reached the destination we do our best to hand the product directly to the recipient. When this cannot occur we will leave it in the safest place possible and photos will be sent of condition.
Once a safe delivery has occurred, we do not accept damages to the product. If there is no safe place for us to leave your delicious parcel, it will be marked for return to our Carramar kitchen. Please note a re-delivery fee may apply if you require a new delivery or collection from Carramar during our next available pick up window.
BDB's advice is to ensure you pick an address for delivery where someone will be home/available to collect during our delivery hours.

Can we pick up our orders?
You can! You have the option to pick up your orders from our Carramar kitchen.
COLLECTION WINDOWS ARE VERY STRICT AS WE ARE A HOME KITCHEN.
You can collect your order from 9am-2pm Thurs and Friday. On Saturday you can collect from 8am to 10am.
Do you have stockists?
We do have our fabulous Butterdream Baking Signature Loaded Cookies in cafes across the northern suburbs in Perth, WA!! We love how much people love our cookies and cakes, so feel free to reach out as a potential stockist via email.
